Educational Qualifications and Eligibility Conditions
Candidates must meet one of the following sets of educational qualifications and experience requirements:
Option 1:
- Educational Qualification:
- M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science
- Certificate of “C” level from D.O.E.
- Experience: 3 years as a System Analyst in the pay scale of Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-.
Option 2:
- Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science from a recognized Institution/University established by law.
- Experience: 5 years regular service as a System Analyst.
Option 3:
- Educational Qualification:
- M.C.A./M.Sc. in Computer Science from a recognized Institution/University.
- Experience: 3 years in the role of System Analyst.
Essential Technical Skills
Candidates must have comprehensive knowledge in:
- Software development using Oracle, Ingress, Sybase, DB/2, etc.
- Programming in C/C++, FoxPro, and RDBMS.
- Use of equipment in DOS/Unix/Windows-based environments.
- Networking environments such as Novell and Windows NT.
- Web application development and Internet technologies.
Additional Eligibility for Programmers
Programmers Grade-1 working in any government department in the pay scale of Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- or equivalent, with 5 years of regular service, are also eligible if they meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from a recognized Institution/University.
- Bachelor’s Degree with ‘A’ level certificate (Advance Diploma) from DOE.
- Technical Skills:
- Software development in Oracle/Ingress/Sybase, DB/2, etc.
- Programming in C/C++, FoxPro, RDBMS.
- Networking environments like Novell and Windows NT.
- Office automation packages and Internet.
Application Process

- Registration: Complete the basic registration and obtain a printout of the registration slip.
- Fee Payment: Pay the online processing fee of INR 25 through State Bank MOPS (Multi Option Payment System), which includes NET BANKING, CARD PAYMENTS, and OTHER PAYMENT MODES. Obtain and print the Payment Acknowledgement Receipt (PAR).
